I go to aspen medical urgent care because they always take good care of me. They are always nice and whether or not they are busy or slow they do their work with care and professionalism.

Hello, I had an appointment at 5:00 but wasn't seen until 5:40. I think the clinic could improve its time management. However, the staff was incredibly kind, and the waiting room and patient rooms were clean.

Went in for a CDL/DOT annual physical and everything went well no issues

I had an 10::00am appointment arrived at 9:45am the front desk said it was a 2 hour wait even with the appointment because of the walk ins. My appointment was for the annual CDL physical I was not going to wait 2 hours with a bunch of sick patients

Front staff was great. The clinical side was also great.

Woke up with s sore throat, called and they said to come on in. Friendly staff, prompt service, Eric my PA was great! This will be my to-go spot going forward. Thank you! Was in and out on about an hour.

After a horrible night fighting a virus, I knew I needed to go to Urgent Care. I randomly picked Aspen HealthCare Urgent Care and glad I did. Very short wait and an excellent visit with the health care practitioner. She was thoughtful, caring and very knowledgable. One day and a few prescriptions later I am well on my way to healing! Thank you!

I was seen by Anita because I was feeling unwell and was seeking medical care. Unfortunately, my appointment lasted only a couple of minutes, and I felt that my concerns and symptoms were completely dismissed without a thorough evaluation or meaningful discussion. As a result, I left feeling unheard and without the care I was seeking. It was disappointing to spend money on an appointment where my concerns were brushed aside rather than properly addressed. Patients deserve to be listened to, evaluated thoroughly, and treated with respect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Aspen Urgent Care and hope they place greater emphasis on providing compassionate, patient-centered medical care.

Woof, that was a very long wait. Saw people with similar complaints get seen first. Walked through the front door at 3 pm. Did not leave the facility until 645 pm. I was hungry, hot, and very uncomfortable. They figured out that there was a mixup and I indeed waited longer than necessary. Provider was kind and understanding, that was a bonus.

From online scheduling to the check-in and bedside manners of both the nurse and doctor- everything was incredible. There wasn’t long wait time in the lobby or to see the provider, everything flowed perfectly and I was very grateful. I already feel almost 100% better and it’s all thanks to the attention to detail and help I received.
