Excellent. incredibly professional team. Ignore the entitled reviews, you can tell those ones well. Stitches in my arms. Very sterile, and professional clinic. They advised i had three free follow up visits and encouraged me to use them if i had any concerns. I went back for two of them, but it healed well. No bulky scar, nice work! Was given care instructions. Folks, this is an amazing place, so out of the norm in NM. Australian representative was amazing to work with at the front with my insurance! even printed out my deductibles (i had no idea). What a refreshing medical center here in NM. Great Work Santa Fe in retaining a center like this one!

What an amazing place! Had to wait about 30 minutes, but there were 3 others waiting! Super clean and lovely people! I highly recommend!

I called before hand, asked about making a reservation and was told to just come in. After waiting an hour and a half I asked what was going on? They had a wait list screen and people who were listed after me kept going in before me. I was then told they made an appt. online. My wait time kept on changing on the screen. I waited 2 & 1/2 hours and was told this was normal for flu season. The wait room was freezing and I already had the chills. I was checking them out to see if I wanted to go there for my primary care. It turns out I certainly don't as it took 2 and 3/4 of an hour just to see the doctor. I never write poor reviews but this was terrible. I've been in urgent care facilities with full wait rooms that were twice the size of Aspen's and never waited longer than 40 minutes.

They were my primary physicians. One time I was kept waiting for tests til I nearly passed out although I kept asking for help. When I tried to make an appointment 2 or 3 years for a checkup,(I’m pretty healthy), they told me it was too long since my last visit and I would now be considered a “new patient” and they were no longer accepting new patients! This is ridiculous, insulting, and left me in a medical lurch. The doctor’s name was on my insurance card and they would not see me.

I saw a NP named Jackie she had the WORSE bedside manner. She had a superiority complex, wouldn’t listen talked down to me, then attempted to instruct me how to behave if I were going to come back!!! I left completely stunned as I’ve never been verbally abused by a medical professional. This place needs to invest in a Emotional Intelligence program for their staff!
