After a horrible night fighting a virus, I knew I needed to go to Urgent Care. I randomly picked Aspen HealthCare Urgent Care and glad I did. Very short wait and an excellent visit with the health care practitioner. She was thoughtful, caring and very knowledgable. One day and a few prescriptions later I am well on my way to healing! Thank you!

I was seen by Anita because I was feeling unwell and was seeking medical care. Unfortunately, my appointment lasted only a couple of minutes, and I felt that my concerns and symptoms were completely dismissed without a thorough evaluation or meaningful discussion. As a result, I left feeling unheard and without the care I was seeking. It was disappointing to spend money on an appointment where my concerns were brushed aside rather than properly addressed. Patients deserve to be listened to, evaluated thoroughly, and treated with respect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Aspen Urgent Care and hope they place greater emphasis on providing compassionate, patient-centered medical care.

Woof, that was a very long wait. Saw people with similar complaints get seen first. Walked through the front door at 3 pm. Did not leave the facility until 645 pm. I was hungry, hot, and very uncomfortable. They figured out that there was a mixup and I indeed waited longer than necessary. Provider was kind and understanding, that was a bonus.

From online scheduling to the check-in and bedside manners of both the nurse and doctor- everything was incredible. There wasn’t long wait time in the lobby or to see the provider, everything flowed perfectly and I was very grateful. I already feel almost 100% better and it’s all thanks to the attention to detail and help I received.

This was the first time I have use you facility!  I was very amazed and impressed from setting up appointment till when I left faculty !Excellent customer service service staff very very professional outstanding health care . Woke up with a migraine & ear pain. First available appointment was next day. Nurse practioner was wonderful & addressed both issues.

I was very happy with the way I was treated, the friendliness the way they made me feel knowing I didn’t feel good I would tell my friends and family to go there, could you tell we what they said I have I forgot 😂have a good day 😊

Although I was apprehensive with route of care regarding shoulder pain. The end result absolutely helped me. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to this facility for a DOT physical.  The staff is excellent, efficient and welcoming.  The facility is spotless and for me the wait was short.  My CNP was excellent and performed a through and complete DOT medical examination to ensure I meet the medical qualifications required by FMCSA. I would definitely recommend this provider.
