I was very sick eyes red, congestion throat hurt, headache and chills. The doctor was very pleasant, nice and attentive. I appreciate this office all the time😃

My son was coughing really bad. Schedule a appointment around 6:30 pm scheduled a appointment for 7:15. They was quick. I appreciate a nice urgent care with nice staff and clean

Son woke with earache, was able to schedule an appointment at the time that was convenient for our schedule.  In and out in 30 minutes.  Friendly staff.

I had an insect bite that needed antibiotics but it was Friday afternoon and I knew I wouldn’t be able to get anything until Monday. Everything was excellent from the scheduling, the staff and the care.

Appointment went smooth and the staff was very polite and caring

My daughter started running a fever after she got home from school on Wednesday so I took her into the Atlanta Plus Urgent care since her pediatrician moved and was no longer open. Her symptoms were a fever, cough and sore throat. Absolutely no test were ran such as flu, Covid or strep test. She has only gotten worse since Wednesday. Today is Friday and her fever last night was 104! Found a new pediatrician that saw her this morning and she has Flu B and Strep Throat. I was treated by the nurse very poorly and the PA acted like she really didn’t care. The nurse asked why she hasn’t been in to see her pediatrician. I explained the situation about the pediatrician office closing and we haven’t found a new one yet. She said well we will just treat her symptoms and that’s about it and gave me the name of a pediatrician she knew of. The doctor just gave her a nasal spray and said she hoped that helped with sinus drainage. I was already so upset I just wanted to leave and not advocate for at least a flu test to be sent. I will never be back to this urgent care again.

I felt like the care giver was polite and quick. I did wonder why he told me I was coughing when I cleared my throat..they are not the same thing. He also put on the paper,severe coughing. It is not the same as throat clearing. He also did not ask about the facial pain or locate the pain in the face. I told him the ear pain was the inner,Eustachian problem. I felt like he was in a rush. Perhaps, this sinus infection will respond to prednisone,but it did not before. It gets severe and I have to have a stronger antibiotic than Amoxicillin.. I believe he is sincere and very courteous and even smiles. Perhaps, slowing down a bit would help all of us to carefully access care. It is a good clinic. I think they do try...

Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my concerns.    From the time I walked in door the staff could not have been better.     I feel like they were truely concerned with my care and needs.       I would definitely recommend this place.
