What patients are saying...

I have been to several urgent cares over my lifespan. I now exclusively go to this Atlanta Urgent Care office when I need to go to an urgent care. Both my child and I have received the best care here. They treat their patients like patient and not a payment or insurance headache, which is what you need you are feeling bad.

I had chills, runny nose and cough that followed a sore throat that started a few days ago. Made an appointment today and was seen very soon after I arrived. Dr. Klingenberg was very kind, attentive and professional.  She evaluated me thoroughly and prescribed medications. I was in and out in about half an hour. I recommend Atlanta Urgent care and the doctor I saw today.

Cherry at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional. She went above and beyond even asking the entire writing room if they wanted some water. The medical assistant (I believe her name was Lilly) was also thorough, kind, and professional. Deep, the PA, was a nightmare. He was rude, dismissive, and ignored me. I told him what I was experiencing, he barely looked at me and told me that if I expecienced some specific symptoms (the very thing I just said to him), I should come back in. When I told him I'd just said that, he would just keep talking without engaging. When I brought up a relevant hospitalization and some concerns, he said nothing and gave me the sort of symptom control advice children learn at around 8 years old.
