Atlanta Urgent Care, Peachtree Corners

It was easy to book and get a reservation. No wait time and the service is A-1.  My son was better the next day.  The staff is very pleasant ans it’s very clean.

Together Juliana and Dr Thompson make quite a team. They are efficient . The staff at the front desk was also kind and helpful! Highly recommend if you are a walk-in! Almost instant relief after getting my prescription filled

Scheduled am appointment earlier today. An appointment time was about a little over and hour later. My wait time in reception area was about 10 minutes. PA Eshan was wonderful. Lily was the intake person. She was thorough, calm, professional and friendly. Bana was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this Urgent care center.

Our primary care facility recently closed, and when I needed urgent medical care, I looked up AUC. I’m very glad I did. The doctor and medical assistant, Juliana, were wonderful. They were professional, caring, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the visit. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk representative, Rena, was very different. The lack of personable communication and willingness to assist made the check-in experience unnecessarily impersonal and lengthy. More concerning, her demeanor gave the impression that patients were a bother rather than people who needed assistance. I realize that everyone can have a difficult day, and perhaps Rena had experienced a challenging interaction with another patient before we arrived. However, as patients, we can only speak to the experience we had, and unfortunately, ours did not feel welcoming or helpful. That was especially unfortunate because the medical staff provided such a positive experience.

Had spreading rash maybe a insect bite,,easy quick scheduling for appt, literally 30 minute's later got great knowledge able care and scripts and out the door,very professional very organized,will def go back w any urgent care needs and will spread the good news w friends family

There were only 2 people in the waiting room. I was told it would be a maximum of 30 minutes and at 45 mins I had to ask what the hold up was. I waited another 15 mins.

Great doctor & staff highly recommended! The location is great for me and everyone smiled slot while delivering professional services!

I had scheduled appt on line.   I waited over hour before being called back. Staff were all very professional & courteous. Suggestion:   Have rug in waiting area cleaned!
