Came for urine retention. But the facility does not have proper arrangement to remove or cleanup the bladder to reduce the pain or relief. Ended up going to hospital.

This was a positive experience from start to finish! Friendly & efficient staff, spotless facility, and knowledgeable nurse practitioner. Highly recommend this facility.

Staff was friendly and polite but had to wait for too long. Understand you had more than usual patients that day but at the end of the day its meant to be an 'immediate care'. You need to attend to your patients more quickly. Please consider to either have more MDs/NPs or update your strategy.

All the staff were amazingly thorough and all services were done in a timely manner. Very friendly and concerned about my well-being. Kenya was great and gave me lots of good advice.

Timely, pleasant and the doctor was thorough and caring

I brought my daughter in for a rash today. We were there for an hour and a half before we were seen by the nurse practioner. There were 0 people ahead of us when we checked in so figured we’d be seen promptly. Clearly not the case. When the NP came in, she seemed to have no idea what my daughter’s rash was. I mentioned to her I thought it may be Impertigo. She appeared to be confused. Then showed me a picture of ringworm which I said it was not and discussed my reasoning which she agreed with. She then seemed to have a computer issue while putting in a prescription and left the room. When she returned she changed her mind and began telling me she was treating my daughter for ringworm. At that point, I wasn’t arguing and wanted to leave knowing full well the NP lacked knowledge in this. I booked an appt later in the day with our pediatrician who said it was clearly NOT ringworm but indeed Impetigo. The visit was a complete waste of my time and has furthered discouraged me from returning in the future. This was my second poor experience with the knowledge of the “professionals”.
