The provider I got was very dismissive. Told her I had blood in my vomit and didn’t really seem to care in regards to it because it was “only a little bit”. Receptionist was very nice aswell as the staff member who took my vitals

I noticed a slight rash on my left leg and neck. Decided I needed to have it checked for poison ivy and it was. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

I was able to walk in and get examined in a short time. Only reason I gave scheduling 4 out of 5 is the web scheduling is a bit clunky so I gave up and just showed up.

I had extremely high fevers and chills but no other symptoms. I went in, they swabbed me for cold and flu, but those came back negative. Instead of running more tests, they told me to take some motrin and sent me home. Staff was incredibly nice and friendly, just wish I got some answers

Came for urine retention. But the facility does not have proper arrangement to remove or cleanup the bladder to reduce the pain or relief. Ended up going to hospital.

Staff was friendly and polite but had to wait for too long. Understand you had more than usual patients that day but at the end of the day its meant to be an 'immediate care'. You need to attend to your patients more quickly. Please consider to either have more MDs/NPs or update your strategy.
