Scheduling an Appointment is simple and quick. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The care was excellent.

Was told the waot would be an hourish, ended up waiting for over 2 hours just to get into a room, then another 30 just to ser a doctor. It did not feel like anything was happening, and no reason was given for the extended wait.

The receptionist and nurse were phenomenal. If I could give them 5 stars I would. The NP (whose name I can’t remember at the moment, maybe Maryann?) was friendly and kind. But I did not leave the appointment feeling confident. I truly felt like antibiotics were prescribed just to “check off a box” and not actually solve the problem, because she was unsure of what the rash or bumps on the skin were from. Originally the ears looked great, but after not being able to diagnose the skin condition, the cough, or the congestion, she took a look at the ears and decided one “might” be a little red. She also left the room without saying goodbye and giving results from swabs, so I had no idea the appointment was even over. I thought she left to check on them and would come back to let me know. I was waiting in the room for her to come back and finish. I’m not one to take antibiotics just for the sake of it, or as she put it “give it a try,” so we did not end up picking them up. I don’t normally use urgent care but the pediatricians office was closed and I was worried it would be a rough night and thought it would be best to get checked out. Waste of time and money. Will be seeing regular doctor in the morning.

For the most part, I was well cared for, but when the machine beeped, they took a long time to come; they didn't change my sheets even once, nor did they sweep or mop my area.

Had terrible sinus pressure and headache. The staff answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Nice friendly staff. I would definitely come back when needed.

First time here. Treated very promptly, efficiently and compassionately from greeting to leaving. They were thorough with medical history, medication allergies, etc. I also felt they were actually listening, and not giving "uh huh I'd rather be somewhere else today" vibes which sadly myself and others have received elsewhere. So THANK YOU.

I arrived on time and got called in right away. Staff was friendly and professional. Just curious why does the front staff have to re-verify my identity after uploading my driver license and insurance cards? This was my first time and I was very impressed. Yes, I will recommend.

I can’t thank everyone enjoy for my experience yesterday at urgent care!!! From the pleasant first two ladies you see when you check in to the Dr and xray tech. I was in elbow/shoulder pain and they made me very comfortable. They gave me my X-rays/write up  to bring with me when I see my shoulder surgeon from 3 prior rotator cuff surgeries, on Monday….. thanks again ladies!!!!

The staff was polite but I am concerned with the lack of care from the physician. I came in with lacerations. Though they were small, he did not clean them out and simply said they need nothing. The lacerations likely needed glue and at minimum should have been cleaned.

I was so relieved when I called & spoke to a very pleasant woman who listened to why I called & said I was able to come in same day right after my call. I felt as if everyone there was an old friend of mine because of how friendly & knowledgeable they were . This made me less anxious & this was certainly a plus . The Dr was professional & kind I’m happy I chose to go here after other places said I had to wait till end of September! I would definitely recommend this office 🙌
