The provider was in a great hurry, and I had to follow him to get my questions answered which when I had a health concern I didn’t appreciate

Was referred to location because of a work related injury once I arrived I was told that the information that the insurance company gave me was wrong. The staff was very helpful in correcting that and making sure that I got my visit in with the doctor. The doctor was very Thorough and efficient took x-rays assured me nothing was broken. Referred me for some physical therapy and took time to go over everything with me. I was very pleased with the entire experience especially the staff who assisted me in correcting the insurance issue

The wait time was close to two hours with only 4 patients ahead of  me. One of them was called in when I was checking in. This was my thrid time there with an awful wait time and barely any patients in the waiting room. My daughter had the flu last time and shivered in the waiting room for 1 h 40 mins before we got called in. I timed it this time and they call a patient in on average every 30 minutes. So if you walk in count how many people are waiting and multiply by 30 minutes. Thats how long you will wait. I had this happen 3 times in a row. Other than that staff is very friendly and the  place is fairly clean. No complaints medically just with the wait time.

I was having common cold symptoms for a week no fever ,blowing nose ,started to developed loss of voice . Was able to schedule a reservation very quickly the same day which was wonderful. Had a Covid test done which was positive! Has no Covid symptoms so was surprised ( I have had Covid Before so my symptoms did not indicate I  would have Covid. I went and had 2 additional tests some where else which indicated I did Not have COVID. So I would be a bit Leary about trusting the results from this facility

Where do I start, the level of disrespect I deal with is unacceptable. Jannelle Is rude and disrespectful. The way she talked to me and her attitude was unbelievable. This makes me never want to come back in this office again. How can you have someone work there the way she talk to people. I’m not the first person she treated like this. Another customer said she dealt with her before and she was nasty like that.
