The provider was in a great hurry, and I had to follow him to get my questions answered which when I had a health concern I didn’t appreciate

I was having common cold symptoms for a week no fever ,blowing nose ,started to developed loss of voice . Was able to schedule a reservation very quickly the same day which was wonderful. Had a Covid test done which was positive! Has no Covid symptoms so was surprised ( I have had Covid Before so my symptoms did not indicate I  would have Covid. I went and had 2 additional tests some where else which indicated I did Not have COVID. So I would be a bit Leary about trusting the results from this facility

The entire staff was amazing except the woman who did my vitals. She had quite the attitude.

Where do I start, the level of disrespect I deal with is unacceptable. Jannelle Is rude and disrespectful. The way she talked to me and her attitude was unbelievable. This makes me never want to come back in this office again. How can you have someone work there the way she talk to people. I’m not the first person she treated like this. Another customer said she dealt with her before and she was nasty like that.

I have been having a sore throat. Went here because I thought it would be quick and easy.  I waited for over an hour in waiting room and then 35 minutes in the rooms. Only to be told by the doctor that strep test was negative, and it was probably viral and there was nothing they could do for me.  Very disappointing.  The receptionist was very pleasant though.

Girls at the front desk need to stop worrying about their phones, pocketbooks and personal gossip and pay attention to the patient. Check in nurse was a little aggressive with the  questioning, felt like a child being reprimanded. Dr. was great, informative and made things make sense.

From start to finish was easy. Receptionist greeted me professionally. Everyone was very nice and positive. I checked in online and was easy. Didn't wait long to be called in. I was called in by the nurse. My only thing is while she listened to my concerns. Took my vitals and everything. However, she didn't tell me what the blood pressure reading was or my pulse. She just wrote it down. Usually they tell you. Unless she's just supposed to get info for doctor. Other than that, doctor that saw me was good. Very nice. She checked my ears nose and throat. My chest too. Said lungs were clear. She said it was a post nasal drip. So all in all was a good visit. I would recommend this provider as backup to my regular pcp. Always overbooked. This was very convenient.

Did not get the prescription until a day later.  Wait time was longer when no other patients were there.

The doctor was professional, thorough, and had an excellent bedside manner. She was also very personable; she noticed my daughter was wearing a college sweatshirt and talked with her a bit about her college choice and major.
