It was the worst experience ever NO one knew what they were doing they could not figure out how to give a hearing and vision test causing me to fail and not get a job there reply to me was go to my dr get cleared will never go there again only went there for job physical and they blew it for me.  Thank you.

Easy to schedule. Staff was super nice. Curious why I had to show my license and insurance card if I did it online but they were quick so it was fine just a waste of time.

My appointment was schedule Occupational physical for my job as a School Crossing Guard They were very helpful in sending the guid for their hearing test with people wearing hearing aids The manager fax fax the required information to my audiologist quickly  I hope this renew makes sense because I have a oval thing with the silvhealth right in the middle of what I’m typing very very annoying The End

Walked in for a tetanus shot, got it with very little fuss.

Scheduling was so easy done online. When I arrived I was checked in immediately. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Everyone on the team was wonderful. I’d had an unhappy visit before, but this doctor — I can’t remember his name — was fantastic. He relieved the pain I came in with, and I truly appreciate his care.

The patient care technician was very rude with me because my temperature in my urine was slightly high. She was making face faces and shaking her head while packaging the sample.

The moment you check in, through the examination, to the physical testing, the friendliness, smiles, professionalism and humor goes miles for a patient. Thank you for all that and more. Looking forward to future visits.

If the doctor isn't available and a urinary issue is urgent, patients should at least have the option to provide a urine sample so it can be held if appropriate or discarded if it ultimately can't be used. Requiring patients to hold it in until the doctor comes, or to simply go elsewhere, feels frustrating and ridiculous to me. Those containers are so cheap, I can reimburse them the dollar if needed. They were friendly otherwise.
