Atlantic Health Urgent Care at, Totowa

Went in the main desk young lady   made it prompt as she realised i was not feeling well they took me in right away and made the necessary diagnosis to what i had . I often visit and also  take my family there as the staff is always so quick and friendly and the physicians are so professional . The office has seen a bit of ware but the staff is still the best . Thank you

Great staffs I recommend for my family and friends

Had to wait over an hour for a drug test when solvheath said there was no one waiting and I was next in line. solvhealth also said there wasn’t anyone in the rooms. While waiting I sat and watch staff members in the back standing walking around. After an hour of waiting getting super frustrated when I was informed by employer this will only take 10-15 minutes an hour later still not been taken back. When I finally got taken back staff said they only have 1 bathroom and other drug test going on. Where I was sitting in the waiting room I saw no staff member or other guest walk in or out of the room or bathroom where the drug test take place so an hour sitting watching the staff to have the staff lie straight to my face and when I called them out on it they didn’t know what to say. Maybe don’t send clients where they can track and see how long they been waiting and see who next in line cause they took the lady that was in after me first. Also the front desk hide behind their computers and have head phones in and when you confront them with the truth they try to lie with the staff. I will never go back to this place ever again for a drug test.

Very professional doctor and staff like clean offices and rooms

The wait was awful …. AHS, Totowa location needs additional clinical staff.  The front desk receptionist, Rochelle, was wonderful.  The triage med assistant, Eliana, also wonderful.  I had Jessica D. , PA who was kind, patient and through… an excellent exam!  The actual visit was exceedingly good, but the weight is too long and the environment needs freshening up. Let’s get some fresh paint on those walls.

Michelle did a wonderful job of removing my stitches and then determining that I had a sinus infection and not pneumonia.
