Call was easy and friendly.  Receptionist, Nurse and Doctor all great.  Thorough.  Listened very well.  Came up with a plan tailored to me.  I would recommend this Atlantic Health Care at 111 Madison Ave, Morristown NJ, and will use that office  again.

I had been in a couple of weeks ago while I was visiting for an ear swimmers ear, but it was still bothering me so I had to make an appointment on Friday no problem at all. I said it was more of a fungal thing so got me some more medicine, everybody’s wonderful. They are great place.

Scheduled an appointment for 7:30 got there at 7:20. Walk-ins that got there after me got treated first while I was forced to wait. After waiting an hour and multiple walkins going before me I was told the xray practitioner wasn’t in office and there was literally no point in me coming. I was still charged a $50 copay and have never been more dissatisfied with an appointment.

Received an animal bite and was seen right away. Staff was really friendly. It was a very easy and good experience. Thank you.

First time to this urgent care. Easy to book and check in. Facility was clean. Staff was polite. And it was a quick visit. Unfortunately, the care received was poor. I went in for symptoms of possible whiplash and/or concussion from an accident three days prior. The nurse took my vitals and asked if I was allergic to anything. My blood pressure was a little high. The doctor did not examine me and prescribed me anti nausea and a muscle relaxer.  At no point did they ask me if I was  taking any medications. In my own research, there would have been an interaction with my meds.

I had a positive first time experience at your facility.  However, since I had internal issues the only thing that was provided was a urine test which was helpful but not diagnostic enough.  The availability of an ultra sound would have been more valuable to diagnose my condition therefore I left almost with the same knowledge that I arrived.

Unable to get through to the doctor’s office. Urgent care took me right away. Very easy and convenient. I was able to do a test right away and pick up medication on my way home. I would definitely go there again. The staff was friendly and professional. I have nothing bad to say.

I am grateful that Atlantic Health has an urgent care open late on Sundays. Sometimes sickness doesn’t follow business hours. The nurse practitioner I saw was great and answered my questions, I did wonder if he could have been a little more thorough and asked about my history of respiratory illness. The staff member who took my vitals was not personable, but she was competent. The front desk staff member was very hard to hear because he spoke so softly and was not at all friendly. However, the experience overall was fine and what I needed.
