Atlantic Health Urgent Care at, Morristown

The doctor was amazing. She was very friendly. She listened to what I had to say. I would love to come see her again when I’m sick. She was very understanding Gabe good advice gave me the right medication to take. I feel better. She’s a good doctor.

This was my first visit to this urgent care office, because my PCP’s office didn’t have openings for at least a week. My PCP advised me to go to urgent care to address uncomfortable symptoms, so I made an appointment online. The front desk staff member advised me on using the app, and it worked well. I think most patients expect to wait when they visit an urgent care facility, the waiting room had a steady stream of patients, and 2 hours elapsed from my arrival to departure. The lone PA on duty was friendly, supportive, helpful, and clearly overworked. Scheduling a second provider to share the workload would have made this experience better for patients and staff members.

Had a fever, cough and congestion. Made appointment and was seen expeditiously. The PA who saw me was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and listened. I received a call once results from tests were received and she spent a long time on the phone with me. I would recommend this Urgent Care highly.

Once I was seen care was great. However, there is no indication of where to wait if arrive before 10 am opening. Very disorganized bc people waiting at both external and internal entrances and there was a person briefly at elevator reception who then disappeared.  Also it seemed everyone called out today so they were scrambling to get organized.

I had a great experience at this urgent care! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and Ashley at the front desk was amazing and incredibly efficient! Julie was also amazing and made the experience even better. The provider, Maryann, was wonderful as well. She was thorough, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled while still making me feel heard and cared for. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for excellent service and quality care!

I woke up with a horrible headache and just feeling awful. My supervisor brought me to urgent care. I tested positive for COVID and the doctor gave me a pill for nausea and cough medicine-not paxlovid. Feeling awful I call my primary care doctor,  who gave me Paxlovid. I started feeling better after one full day of medication.

Great front desk and nursing staff  I just had an employee lab work appt but I saw how kind the team was to all the patients.

I felt the paperwork was more focused on gender identification than symptoms (one full page ???). No one even asked me about meds.’

I was so happy to hear that you are open til 10!!!! I thought I had a chemical burn at 7:45 and my urgent care told me about you!!! I am fine!! So I had really relaxed!!!

Had a reservation for 2:45 and was not seen until after 5pm. Provider was not confident and felt a little all over the place. She did not provide clear diagnosis, and did not test me for flu, Covid. Luckily the antibiotics prescribed worked for the sinus infection I had but may choose a different walk in next time
