Waited nearly 2 hrs. Would have been nice for an update while waiting in room earlier on. Keeping patients in the loop helps when they are waiting long amounts of time. Other than that the staff was friendly and the provider gave me meds that are already making me feel better. Thank you.

Since there was only one doctor, we were there for almost 3 hours start to finish. The staff and doctor were excellent!!

Been having wrist pain so I booked an appointment for 10am today and waited for an hour which was fine. I then was told after finally getting my vitals done that the front desk should’ve told me there was no xray tech in which the receptionist did not. I had come to this location specifically for that reason and had already been waiting for quite a while where if I was told that initially I would’ve left. After being brought into a room a new woman opens the door and peeks in, doesn’t even fully enter the room to speak to me. She then tells me in a very rude manner that due to the circumstances I would have to pay out of pocket or workman’s comp. The circumstances are not her fault but how she handled it was. She turned her back towards us while still trying to talk to her and when I asked if she would listen she rudely replied with “oh I heard you.” She was not at all helpful, friendly or kind which I view as imperative when working in healthcare. I ultimately had to leave without being helped and only met with rudeness from staff. I would not reccomend.

Staff very friendly.  Walk in registration was very easy.  Wait time was very long - a patient with a more urgent issue came in which was understandable but my overall time between arrival and discharge was over 2 hours. I had a fairly routine illness that could have been treated by a NP.  Doctor was very empathetic and apologetic. I was pleased with the care.

Had a minor medical emergency overnight and I was able to book an appointment online that night for the following morning. They got me in right away, addressed my situation, and got me the proper treatment within the hour

Everyone was great. The Doctor I saw she was wonderful.

Woke up with severe abdominal pain. Was able to walk in without an appointment and was seen pretty quickly

Fell hurt my foot. People at this facility were great.

Waist of time going there. It seems the only thing they can do is send you to ER they never have the necessary equipment even though they clearly say that the can take medical imaging

The staff were awesome!! Very friendly and polite!! I felt very comfortable!
