Woke up yesterday feeling under the weather walked into Atlantic Health presented the intake agent with my insurance card and ID and was seen shortly after.  The entire staff from check in to the time I was  discharged was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable!  I am going to recommend this location to all my family and friends and will return if I have any other problems.

Atlantic Health Urgent Care in Springfield NJ treats patients well and provides excellent professional care. I had a severe sore throat and was at my wits end. Was able to make an appointment right way and once I arrived was seen in a timely fashion. The doctor was able to diagnose my issues and set up some meds for relief. I would highly recommend this place to all family and friends.

I had a very good experience at this location. From the time I was being cared for, I felt comfortable and treated with kindness and professionalism. The nurse who assisted me with my urine sample and blood work was very nice and had excellent bedside manner. After drawing my blood, she noticed that I was still bleeding and immediately came over to take care of me, which I truly appreciated. The doctor was also very professional and took the time to speak with me about my UTI symptoms, explain what they were going to do, and answer my concerns. I never felt rushed or dismissed. The facility was also very clean, which is always important to me. Overall, I appreciated the care I received and the professionalism and kindness of the staff members who helped me. I would definitely return to this location if I needed care again. Thank you for making my visit a positive experience! ❤️

Scheduled on line and no information was in the system when we arrived. No awareness of appt/insurance or drivers license. Had to do it all over again. Waste of time frustrating. The young lady that was a certified medical assistant was wonderful. Very considerate of me being on crutches and minimized my walking. All staff was friendly and pleasant or wok with.

Great and friendly staff. Receptionist was a sweetheart. No waste of time.  I highly recommend this place.

My scratchy throat came on fast after I called out of work. I walked into the Atlantic Health facility where I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen. They were professional. It was clean and they were thorough. I would definitely recommend this place

I went to care because I have strong headache and vomiting however the doctor was in rush to leave since the location close at 4pm and we arrived at 3:30pm and didn’t care to listen either to give me something for the pain instead he sent a prescription to pharmacy. Unfortunately I didn’t realize the pharmacy close at 4pm . Meaning I went Urgent care for nothing .

Nobody in the office before or after me and it took an hour to be seen
