I was very satisfied from the start to the end of my appointment. Check-in was quick and easy, and I was seen promptly. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made a great first impression. I was brought into the exam room where the technician listened carefully to my concerns and took my vitals. The PA came in shortly after and performed a thorough exam, taking the time to clearly explain everything and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Both the technician and the PA had excellent bedside manner. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I left feeling reassured and well taken care of. I will definitely return and would highly recommend this urgent care to friends and family.

Went to the facility in Warren for an injury X-ray but was told the X-ray tech was not in. The nice lady offered the other locations but I didn't have time to go that far. Disappointed that I wasted my time.
