I suspected I had a UTI. Made an appt for this evening. They have a lab so they were able to diagnose and treat immediately.  The staff and doctor were very nice and compassionate.

I don’t normally write reviews. And the stars may be deceiving for the care/diagnosis, as everything else was fine. The doctor was very nice and friendly; however she seemed pretty confident I had the stomach flu. I wasn’t sure about this as I’ve had the stomach flu before and it did not feel the same. She also mentioned I could have appendicitis and to go to the ER or an urgent care with CT scans if symptoms do not get better by night time or the next day. Symptoms did not get better and I went to the ER that night based on a gut feeling and some friends in healthcare field advice. I ended up having appendicitis that was a step before rupturing! Frustrated that she did not just send me to the ER instead of waiting it out for something that could be life threatening especially if there was even a little bit of a chance for appendicitis.

The PA and the CMA were very kind and knowledgeable and I feel better knowing my mandolin slicer cut is handled

Since my primary care doctor in the same building as urgent care couldn’t see me for 72 hours !! To give me prescription to get an X-ray on the right side of my back I was in too much pain to wait ( even though both my physical therapist and chiropractor said I needed one first before they could help me out !! I told the counter person this but the doctor couldn’t see me anyway until he had 72 hours  To evaluate my chart first. Don’t know who to believe !! Thank God for your urgent care professionals who were very professional and efficient. P S I took the info from My Chart the next day to my physical therapist and he’s already caring for me (arthritis and not my kidney !!!) Thank you urgent care 😃🤙🙏

Seamless and pleasant clinician who listened and was thoughtful regarding plan of care.

Employees were very pleasant wait time to see doctor in 15 minutes doctor was very courteous and friendly discussed and addressed my medical issues

I just walked in without appointment and the staff was excellent and Stephanie was such a wonderful person and very caring and explained everything I needed to do. Very good experience there.

I was dealing with elbow pain and was able to walk in.  I was seen quickly and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy for an anti inflammatory.  Unfortunately due to confusion on the script I still have not gotten the medication. Both the pharmacy and I called and left messages on Friday for clarification. It’s Sunday…still no meds.

Came in with a foot injury the staff was very professional and I was quick to see a doctor or PA.  The PA was very nice , professional and explained everything in detail.  I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility located in Warren.   Not sure if I was lucky as I arrived in a Saturday morning and got  right in! Also noticed there is other areas there to see specialists which is really nice .  The only downside being part of Atlantic health care  I would think they would have full time x-ray technicians on staff especially for acute injuries that need diagnosis without sending somewhere else.
