Terribly unprofessional. Showed up at the site and was told to go home and call. By the way there were no patients there waiting that I could see. Ok left the site and went home tried to call to schedule appointment, on the phone for 2 hours rang bus got through and was abruptly but on hold for 15 mins they never came back to the phone. Extremely poor system. If they are in fact that busy there should be an option to schedule an appointment on line.

Never have we been treated so rudely by a professional staff. My husband was to be tested for Covid, per his job. I was talked to so rudely by the receptionist who told me to calm down. When I told her that she was the one who needed to calm down and act professionally she put me on hold and made me wait. Then when she came back to the phone she was arrogant, rude, and extremely unprofessional. It was insulting and humiliating. I would never recommend this treatment center to anyone. And if anyone tells me they will go there, I will discourage them.

JUST A COMMENT ON HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THE STAFF IS HERE. MY GRANDSON WAS SEEN A FEW WEEKS AGO, AND THEY TREATED HIM AND HIS MOM LIKE THEY WERE STUPID. THE ROLLING OF THE EYES ETC. GIVEN ANTIBIOTICS THAT WERE NOT APPROPRIATE. THAT WAS ACCORDING TO HIS REGULAR DOCTOR WHEN HE WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPT. SO HE SUFFERED IN PAIN FOR 4WKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree with one of the comments. People need to be less rude and more professional. Do tour job and be pleasant. If you don’t like dealing with people then don’t work as a receptionist. Thanks

The older woman doing the check-ins is extremely rude - rolling her eyes, making faces at the answers to questions, making rude comments to the patients. Maybe something is going on in her life but everyone walking through the door also has something going on in their lives. Suggest she find a position not dealing with people directly.
