This new app system is awful. Everything leads you to believe you are selecting an appointment time and then you show up and they tell you it’s a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. When I walked out I even got a text saying my appointment had been canceled even though the staff was adamant I didn’t have an appointment

Made appointment on line for 1:00 pm after + home Covid test. Filled out all forms on line and arrived at approximately 12:50. Checked in at counter was told they needed to get my documents together. 1 hr later still sitting there. Went yo counter and was told they didn’t know I was there and to scan the QR code to get in the queue. No one could tell me where my place was in the queue or when I would been seen other than I would be seen “when they could get me back there.” The explanation was a new system. I left. Better off in bed than an indeterminate time in the waiting room.
