I specifically called to get an IV treatment and the lady on the phone told me to come in that she could get me in that morning. When I arrived they told me since they don’t accept my insurance I would need to pay $89 out of pocket, so I go ahead and pay the $89. They take me back to a room and said I needed an exam first and after the exam they said I would need to do blood work in order to get an IV therapy treatment which would be an additional cost. I Almost agreed until they informed me in that moment that I couldn’t get the IV treatment that day because they only do them on a certain day. That was the whole reason I made an appointment!!! In my opinion they should’ve refunded my money and told me upfront that they didn’t do IV treatments that day over the phone. I was very unhappy about wasting my time driving across town to get there and my money $$$ 89 is a lot of money to spend on Nothing!! When I asked about a refund I was told since I saw the physician they would not offer the refund. I felt scammed because had I of know when I called to schedule for this treatment that I would not be receiving any treatment I would of not bothered to drive all the way out there or wasted my money!!!

I came in as new patient and had mentioned that keep seeing a black line in my field of vision. Jennifer Adoh listened to me as I told her my problem then she examined my eyes and then told me she wanted me to see an ophthalmologist. I had my appointment yesterday with the ophthalmologist and I have class for cataracts in both eyes I’m going to have to have my lenses removed and artificial lens is placed. I want to thank Jennifer for listening to me and quickly getting me to be proper doctors she just saved my site I feel very lucky to have her on my side. Axis help you guys rock from the front desk to the nurses assistance and doctors I have felt listen to and feel that they are looking after me and my health in my best interest thank you again Jennifer just save my eyesight God bless Mary Chandler

All the staff is Awesome !!! Couldn't ask for friendlier staff. From the front desk to the UA lady to the nurses then to the awesome Dr's. They all do their best to accommodate their patients or at least they have me. They really in truly care .

I’ve had 3 appointments in the past 2 years and I have been seen within minutes of my appointment time, friendly receptionists, nurses and doctors every time. I feel the care I receive is thorough and caring. I highly recommend Axis HealthCare in Bixby.
