I made an appointment online for my son. I answered the reason for the visit which is Covid concerns. He is very sick. He waited in the waiting room. While he was waiting he said the staff were standing at the front desk complaining about their work schedules and personal life for everyone in the waiting room to hear. I find this very unprofessional. People that come into urgent care are typically sick and do not need to hear about these problems while they are waiting. I understand that these are hard times and everyone is going through something. However, the front desk should not be used as their " soap box" for patients to hear. He was taken to a room where he said the staff really didnt take the time to listen to all of his symptoms and bedside manner was lacking. He was tested for Covid. But shortly after he was told that he shouldn't have even come in. He should have went to a drive up facility for a Covid test. He also overheard the staff telling the patient that was after him the same thing and they were going to deny him this test. Then why are they offering this on their website? If someone can please explain this I would like to understand? His experience was less than professional and mediocre at best. We will not be returning to this location.
