What patients are saying...

I was a little disappointed in my NP.  When she asked me why I was there, she only focused on that.  I came in for an ear ache, she looked at it and determined I had an ear infection.  She didn’t ask any further questions. Didn’t ask about my throat. Didn’t listen to my heart.  She spent maybe 30 seconds with me.  She was clearly in a hurry.

I came in covered in bug bites from the waist down and was hoping to get a steroid shot or something for instant relief, but was told they had ran out the day before. I was prescribed a steroid pack that I’m hoping will work quick and was told to keep applying hydrocortisone cream to the bites.

Wait time was longer than usual but I think it was because of the # of patients.  They could have used additional nursing staff .  It’s great to able to book online !
