What patients are saying...

I was a walk-in right at open and was able to get in and seen and had an xray and on my way out within an hour. Everyone was very kind and listened to my issues and felt like they wanted to be there. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The nurse and APRN listened to what I had to say and had a plan for treatment immediately. It was a wonderful experience and I will go back if I'm ever in need.

I had a place on my hand that had been there a while. I came in to rule out staff infection. It wasn't. Everyone is always so sweet to me and they always take good care of me. I appreciate them. The whole team from the girl at the front desk all the nurses and the APRN. I would recommend the provider & the whole team.

Got something in my eye and couldn’t seem to flush it out. This morning, I swung by Baptist Urgent Care to ask them to take a look. After a vision test, a flush, and an exam, the Team made a determination and prescribed some a antibiotics and sent me on my way. My wait time was nominal and everyone was super kind. Glad I decided to see the folks at Baptist today: Great experience!
