Last minute appointment and first time at this clinic.  I will no longer go to the one in NLR.  Everyone here was beyond professional along with their bedside manners where A+ When you are feeling your best, this is what you look for.  And I can’t thank each of them enough.

The nurse and front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The nurse was very nice and attentive. The nurse mentioned a concern about my heart rate being elevated and checked for Covid and flu. When the provider came in, she was friendly but aside from listening to my lungs and heart and telling me both of my tests were negative she did nothing. I told her my throat and really my whole head felt swollen and that I’d had fever for 3 days and she said it was probably a cold. She did not check my ears, throat, did not feel my neck to check my lymph nodes, nothing. She sent me home with an RX for the pearls for my cough and some delsym. I was able to get into my normal clinic today and they checked my ears, throat etc and was then put on an antibiotic. I typically have good experiences with Baptist Urgent Care but this time around the provider hardly laid hands on me and sent me out with cough medicine. Very unhappy because it also cost me additional time at work to get into my normal doctor to get treated properly.

I had a 3:15 appt. The waiting room was at capacity when I arrived. I got called back at 3:50, was triaged, and put in a room. The staff looked tired, but it did not diminish the professionalism or the quality of care. The nurse practitioner diagnosed me, called in my script, and sent me on my way.  They were processing patients as fast as they could, but taking the necessary time with each patient. Id give them 10 stars if I could! I recommend this clinic for your healthcare needs. ❤️

I was unable to get in with my PCP (they closed early due to an impending snow storm, & I had just gotten my elderly mother home & settled from the hospital so couldn’t go any earlier) so went to Urgent Care. I have had both good & bad experiences here, but this one was by far the best. I was in & out as quickly as possible without me feeling as though they were rushing me, & I felt they listened to me and my concerns.

Woke up yesterday morning with flu like symptoms. Was able to come in that morning, and within 15 minutes I tested positive for flu B. Was out of the clinic before an hour. Highly recommend.

Well let me just say, when I first walked in I was really glad to see shay. She is always smiling and has the most wonderful attitude. At that front desk is exactly where she needs to be, the first person you see when you walk in there not feeling well. It looks like she was training Carley, who seems like she's going to be a perfect fit for this location. Cuz I heard my name called The Voice did not sound familiar. It was Harrison, and as soon as he took me to the back he automatically started showing concerned about why I was there. That made me feel at ease since that was the first time I had ever seen him. I miss seeing Nicole. As I waited in the room he he came in to ask me a question that Meaghan told him to ask me. I immediately was impressed. Even though Karrie and Holly were gone, that truly made me feel good. And when she walked in, a feeling of relief came over me. I said to myself wow she is good! Here I was concerned about who this new person was and didn't even have to be. As good as she was and how she made me feel at ease assured me that I have no problem with going back seeing her. And last but not surely least, I saw Tomi. Even though I didn't need any xrays, it was good to see her. Please understand this, I've said it before and I can honestly say it again now, that the Jacksonville Urgent Care is the best in the system and I will put them up against any urgent care in the state! They have always provided me the best customer service and care that I could possibly ask for. And even with the new team that I met the other day I can still without a shadow of a doubt say that they are still the best. This goes out to anyone within the Jacksonville area, if you want the best of care, the best of service, and the best of compassion, just go see all of those wonderful people at the Jacksonville Urgent Care. I guarantee you will not be disappointed and you can take my word on that. Thank you for all you do and for being there for me and the Jacksonville community!
