What patients are saying...

had a wonderful experience Baptist Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They checked me in quickly and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. The medical assistants and nurses were also great — very courteous, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The office was clean, well-organized, and followed great safety protocols. Healthcare professionals took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how thorough and compassionate the care was. It’s clear that the entire team values their patients and takes pride in their work. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and respectful healthcare team.
