The staff were super friendly , and super helpful. They treated my 19 month old with extra special care, and were playful with her while working to take her vitals and giving her care. All the staff were so nice!

Non-stop coughing, congestion, and headaches. First lady that checked me in great, checked for flu, covid, and strep. Lady DR was friendly, but not concerned to my thinking. She gave me a prescription for an OTC antihistamine and said if I wasn't better in one to two weeks, come back. Not satisfied at all that response. I called my primary DR's office with the situation. They were concerned enough to call me in for a steroid shot, gave me a prescription for a steroid pack and antibiotics. If I'm sick enough to go to urgent care, I don't want to suffer for two weeks for some possible recovery. Won't be going back there.

Came in for flu symptoms which caused dehydration. My blood pressure was dropping due to this and I passed out. The care that I received from this clinic was amazing. They were all so kind and professional and thorough to make sure that I was ok.

I went  to my PCP for a knee injury without an appointment . She referred me to BHUC for a complete evaluation and X-ray . . Each person from front office to the APN was extremely helpful and polite. The care plan was explained to my complete understanding . I highly recommend this office when you’re in need of urgent care.

I still haven’t gotten a call back from them at all about my upper left quadrant pain and they have not called any medication and I went in. They did nothing they didn’t do an ultrasound. They didn’t do an x-ray or nothing and I told them I was in a lot of pain in my upper left quadrant and it’s been bothering me even worse than it was, matter  of fact, I can’t lay on it at this point can’t lay on my side. It’s been horrible, but overall the RNP was nice And they’re waiting on bloodwork they said and I’m waiting on that and the staff was nice place was clean. That’s all I can say.
