Went in for extreme pain in left shoulder and arm. Very friendly staff. Wait time wasn't long, but longer than I would have expected since I was first in and second called back? But overall visit was helpful, and I did get the help I needed. Staff was good concerning their communication with me.

Went in for testing. Staff are very attentive and professional, not to mention kind, compassionate, and treat their patients with a level empathy not seen in many facilities these days. Truly, a place who has earned the reputation of their name: Baptist!

I’m very concerned about the discrepancy in my test results at Baptist Urgent Care. Your facility’s urine test was negative, but multiple AZO test strips from Walgreens and Target consistently showed positive results. I have photos of the positive strips but couldn’t share them due to your restrictions. Please investigate why your testing differed from these reliable over-the-counter strips, as this inconsistency is frustrating and unsettling.
