Provider was very short and seemed annoyed by having to see me. Felt rushed and like she just wanted to get out of the room.

I have asked 3 times for a call back from management of this urgent care and although staff assured me they sent an email every time I requested I still have not heard back from management.  I have concerns about ethical treatment at this urgent care and no t getting a response from management leaves me little options but to report my concerns to my insurance provider Medicare and BCBS.

Never been here before but TV was so loud in the waiting room and gave me the worst headache. Nurse was extremely condescending and rude to me. I waited an hour minimum to see a doctor and there was no one ahead of me. Not even sure I saw a doctor, it looked like another nurse by the badge who was so unhelpful. Biggest waste of money and I walked away feeling more like crap. Thanks for the help!

Everyone was very nice.  The doctor and nurses were so nice asking if I want water.  She asked a lot questions to make sure she gave me the best care.  Got medicine and I’m greatful for them.  Thanks staff you were amazing.  I would recommend them to anyone.

I really love this place—when I have to wait too long to see my regular doctor—I come to this place. I do understand that sometimes my regular doctor gets booked up—so this is my go to clinic. They are friendly, efficient and I feel like I am well taken care of by them!  They will take care good care of you and I highly recommend them!
