Took a fall a week ago and I wasn’t getting better.  Would get some relief then pain would start back again. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep   The clinic was recommended so I stopped by. Was helped getting signed in and registered. This is sometimes worse than the appointment.  After getting signed in, the wait time was small. I was explained my options and told what I could do to help once I got home. Even though this was my first visit at this site, I was treated as if they knew me. I had a better visit than when I visit my PCP.

Had a bad cough and watery eyes.  Easy to schedule but, had a 9 am appointment and didn’t get to room until 9:45 .   A little too long of a wait.

I felt rotten with a stomach bug when I arrived at the Baptist Health Urgent Care clinic. I was quickly checked-in and seen by a very compassionate medical staff. After my diagnosis, I received a lot of information about home care, my prescriptions, what to expect until I was well, and any symptoms that could signal things were getting worse and needed follow-up care. I was also extremely grateful they knew which pharmacies were open on the weekend, because the pharmacy we typically use, was closed. A few days on meds and following the advice of the doctor, who I highly recommend, I was back to normal. I truly appreciated having skilled Urgent Care professionals available over the weekend and with convenient hours. People don't always get sick or hurt during typical M-F work hours...I certainly didn't! I was able to receive the medical care I needed without going to the ER or having a long wait. Plus, it was close to our home. My care was provided in a modern, spotless facility by caring, competent, friendly and knowledgeable clinicians. Every question was answered and I left feeling I had received excellent care. I would definitely go back to Urgent Care for anything that didn't absolutely require an Emergency Room. I was also surprised to learn how many services Baptist Health Urgent Care clinics can provide. Thank You for being there when I needed care!

Came in with arm pain from a fall got x-rays and checked out within about an hour. They told me to go home and wait for the radiologist to read the x-rays and they called me immediately when they were done and let me know what the results were overall a very good experience.

Took a while to be seen, but that’s not out of the norm. Plenty of things at children’s level to pick up and throw around, which doesn’t make for a fun visit with young children. Wish those with possible COVID cases could still be seen outside so as not to possibly infect my children in the waiting room.
