I literally waited to be seen by the doctor for 3 hours after my flu test, just for them to say there's a bug going around. Plus there were dead roaches in the room I was in.

Scheduling and check-in were very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Mcdonald was very caring and made me feel at ease. He took the time to explain everything to me. Everything was very clean and orderly. Highly recommend going here when you need medical care.

My daughter woke up not able to move her neck. I got an appointment online within minutes. Had to reschedule because of the traffic back up on 540. Waited an hour probably. I was thinking pulled muscle. The nurse right away, swabbed for Strep (which at the time, I thought was weird) came back positive. Sure enough her tonsils were so swollen, she couldn’t move her neck. They were amazing. They know what they are doing. I had no clue that’s what is was. They saved my little girl. I love this clinic.

The only problem that I have is the symbol for Baptist urgent care is the same for Baptist health. It makes me think the two are the same and other patient too!  Please have it changed. The Doctors do not have excess to my medical chart through Baptist Health. Which is confusing because you have same symbol. Is like that because of lawsuits protection????

Waiting time in room was ridiculous. The staff did not communicate regarding a chest xray so we waited forever until I finally asked. The girl that did the chest xray said she didn’t know it was ordered. Will not go back.
