Hold My Spot® is an estimated time you will be seen once registration is completed. A patient with a critical condition may be evaluated first. For your convenience, you will receive a reminder text about your visit once you’re in the queue.
Due to high volumes and compliance with CDC guidelines for exam room sanitation, we are experiencing extended wait times. We are working as fast and safely as possible and appreciate your patience.

I had an appointment via web scheduling and was called back 15 minutes late to the room. Then waited almost an hour to see the doctor. Not happy over the wait especially when not feeling good.

My husband was very ill yesterday and I call Baptist Urgent Care in Van Buren. Was able to get an appointment immediately. Didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes to be called back. The nurse and Dr were both so nice and efficient. Took good care of him

I came in for a Tb skin test. The nurse was very friendly, but the front desk was not. I was happy to see the nurse wore gloves, but she recalled her needle afterwards even though there was a sharps container right there. I was charged $25 at this Baptist clinic and around $15 last week at the Baptist clinic in Fort Smith. Shouldn't this be the same?

I had excessive swelling under my left eye for approximately 3 days, after having worked on my lawnmower. I had my eyes checked at the eye doctor a couple days earlier, routine eye exam, and they could not find anything. After not improving despite allergy eye drops and taking antihistamine pills. The on duty nurse practitioner listened carefully and asked several questions, after examining. I drive and use my eyes a lot for work, repairing packaging equipment, and was desperate to resolve the problem. He prescribed me antibiotic eye drops and a steroid. It has already started to improve and the swelling is reducing. Thank you so much for being there. Oh, and the receptionist was great too. Willing to listen, smile, assist, and even had a sense of humor. He even handled the fact I had a delinquent $10 co-pay from a previous visit very well and understood that sometimes we get so busy we forget or overlook something in the mail, (so much junk mail). Thank you again making this a good experience and helping to getting me on the mend. I would definitely recommend this location and will be back should I have a medical need again.

I think it is annoyingly rude to ask/beg your patients for reviews. Do NOT send anymore texts to me!😡
