I scheduled my appt. Waited an hour in the main waiting room an hour, then another hour in a room. I know a lady that just walked in and got seen before my scheduled appt. Not sure whether scheduling and appt or just walking in would be better.

Only drawback is lack of communication between specialists and my primary care physician no communication was evident  this office evidently has a broken communication system. With modern phones internet etc. surely I could have records that would give professionals insight to my treatments.

Woke up with a low grade fever, sore throat, earache, headache, and sinus congestion. Easy appointment setup, did my paperwork online, and check in online. All staff was excellent and caring, from the front desk, to triage, to Ms. Ashten! No long wait times and impeccable service!! I would highly recommend this provider to anyone!!

Was having severe muscle cramps. Getting signed is was an awesome experience, once the care started I was immediately relieved and the professionalism was abundant. I left the clinic with knowledge and a firm grasp of what I needed to do to continue my care from home.
