I was hoping to receive treatment but I received three referrals to three different providers who could help me. I expressed my concern about the wait time to see a dermatologist because I was in so much pain. I ended up having to go to the emergency room the next day where I was treated. I was in so much pain that I’m grateful that the ER helped me. I am disappointed that I did not receive treatment.  The provider just looked at it, gave me a shot of antibiotics and pain meds, and a prescription of antibiotics. She recommended that I see a surgeon to remove the sac. The doctor I saw on Sunday told me that a dermatologist could not remove the sac during stage I was in because it was infected. It was a holiday weekend and I couldn’t wait any longer to receive treatment, so no I’m not recommending this place.

Had the beginning of a sinus infection set in, so decided to go to my favorite urgent care location. Did a walk-in and got called back within a couple minutes. Was happy to see a familiar face come into the room. Great fast care, and got me on the road to recovery. Thanks as always!

Had head cold for a few months, finally decided to come in.  Everything was great and I’m feeling better already!

I don’t think a person should have to give all information that they have in their files. People that have been before and information is all the same. The care was excellent.

Feel very confident in the care I receive. I have recommended this clinic to others.

Thought I was getting better on my own, but no. Staff was friendly, helpful, and swift. I got 2 shots and 2 prescriptions that are great. I will definitely return.

I was a walk in and was surprised to have a very short wait on a Monday morning.  Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful, patient and kind.  The provider I saw was thorough and helpful in offering guidance on post visit instructions and submitting the script to the pharmacy for me.  Was grateful all the way around - when you’re not feeling well, having this kind of experience makes it a little nicer.  Highly recommend.

We showed up a little bit before our appointment which was at 6 o’clock. We were done by 608 and out the door. My son had pink eye. The provider was wonderful and she educated us and the overall care was really great. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful and so was the man who takes the weight and blood pressure. The nurse practitioner was great. We loved everything about our visit.
