I woke up feeling sick, so I scheduled an appointment on line .   Easy ….    Marissa was awesome!!!  Super knowledgeable and very caring .  She is not in a hurry to see us, the patient.

I frequently suffer from double ear pain associated w my allergies. The staff gets me checked in quick. Dr takes care of me and I’m able to go to work.  Thank you so very much !!

My daughter has been suffering with a migraine and NextCare is the closest urgent care to us. I’m not a fan of AI scheduling, but went through the steps. The triage room looks like something out of a third world country, complete with blue tape holding the maroon chair together. The PA or nurse practitioner was nice and we left with the promise that meds were getting called in. When I called the pharmacy this afternoon they had not received the prescription. I had to leave a message for someone to call me back at NextCare. When I received the call I was promised that it would get called in. Nope, I had to call them again and by that time it was too late to make it to the pharmacy before it closed. They dropped the ball and had zero concern that my daughter was still miserable with the migraine. I would never recommend going to this location for anything.

I took my mom because she got a dog bite from her chipoo.The staff was amazing at helping her through the whole process from the front desk to the medical staff.

I was able to book an appointment the same day, the staff took their time. Olivia and Marissa were great, I will be requesting them my next visit.

Very knowledgeable, professional and kind I would recommend all my family to go to NextCare. My primary doctor can never schedule an appointment until two months from your call that’s not good. This is why I rely on NextCare

I hate reviews but I have a rule. Ask me three times and I’ll give it to you honesty.  I learned to preregister the first time. So this time I preregistered at 6:30am. I showed up at 8:05 behind a guy that didn’t. I know because the app shows you. But he still got called back first so I’m not sure of the point. The receptionist was truly pleasant. I know that’s not an easy job either. Especially in a place where people never come in feeling happy and cheerful. The doctor (Dr. Villarreal) was genuine and one of those doctors that don’t “parent” you like some doctors do but, instead exchanged with me. Asked questions. Had recommendations, not directions. Really, better care than I get from my PCP. I’m happy we have a place like this in little ol’ Alice. Makes this community so much better. Truly grateful. I had a drastic improvement by the end of day. Day two, and still improving. Glad I went. I do recommend.

I have not been to a clinic in a very long time and was hesitant but when I got there, I went in in just a few minutes and the doctor was super good.  I felt very comfortable withher and she was very knowledgeable..  It was a nice clean clinic.  I would recommend this place to anyone. They are very good there.

I was there with dehydration due to a stomach virus and was given an excuse that IV therapy was detrimental for my body and that I could get some kind of skin infection. I was also told that the clinic did not do labs. That’s not what your website states. It also states you do IV hydration. I didn’t think that holistic medicine was part of your care. I will not recommend your urgent care.

As a veteran it’s fast an easy setting an appointment with Solv. You’re in an out quick. I always recommend Nexcare to fellow veterans.
