Went in to get seen for uti.Appointment time was in about 1 hour from phone call.Everyone was polite and considerate. DR Beene was kind and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go back or recommend to others.

-Long wait times when there were only 3 people ahead of me. -Front desk person was rude to more than one person and didn't help people who were clearly not tech savvy. The nurse and physician were nice. -Guy came in needing stitches and there was no "urgency" to Urgent Care. -While waiting for the dr, she was on a very long personal call (I know way more about her life than I should). -The portal to access test results is not working.

From the scheduling to check-in to the staff and care everyone was excellent.

After doing 12 min on an exercise bike, I walked to dining room for supper, sat 30 min. Getting up I had intense pain in my left hip/groin area. I often have muscle cramps and can walk them out in 5-10 min. I couldn’t even walk. Someone loaned me a walker and pain continued without relief. I wondered if I had displaced my left hip replacement. The provider did X-rays, no displacement, gave me Rx, hot and cold packs. Excellent provider.

Got a same day early morning appointment, made online. Had to fill out some of paperwork, but at least it was through my mobile. Everyone was very friendly and I was seen rather quickly after the paperwork. Lab tests came back quickly and was prescribed meds. Everything went pretty smoothly.

Everyone was professional except the male nurse he was cold not friendly at all, maybe he had a bad day.

Scheduling was easy, I picked the first available time slot online. Which about an hour past the time I scheduled the appointment. I chose this location because they had an X-ray yet when I showed up it was down. Waited over 2 hours past my scheduled time to be seen by a doctor and still had to go to another location to have X-rays done. I feel like when they knew I needed X-rays they should have called the other location to see how soon they could see me. Probably could have just went to other location and had less of a wait time. Didn't have any issues with the staff. My issue is more with the scheduling system, should have been more accurate. Waiting 2+ hours past my scheduled time makes me not want to even give this location another chance, much less any other Next Care location. Additionally, I received an email stating I could review my visit notes by logging into NextCare however there is no login section anywhere on the webpage the text provided a link for

Got scheduled with no trouble. Doctor was knowledgeable and caring. The provider was very kind and knowledgeable. Check-in was easy. Staff was understanding and caring.

My visit to BSW Urgent Care was a good experience. There was a bit of a wait, but it was likely due to waiting on my test results. The staff and doctor were friendly, the facility was clean, and once everything was complete, I was in and out in a timely manner. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit.
