The NP was super friendly, but only saw me for about 4 minutes.  Didnt seem to listen to what I was saying about my symptoms and prescribed me a round of antibiotics, my 2nd in two weeks.  This felt very rushed, not thorough, and the antibiotics are not helping the problem.

The woman who initially saw me before the PA (or doctor? So sorry, didn’t actually know her title!) made some wild commentary. First, when she took my weight on the scale, she said “must be nice!” In kind of a condescending way. I feel like saying that to patients, especially other women, is just super inappropriate. Second, when she was doing the ear rinse, it was pretty painful, as expected. However, she made a few comments during it about how I was uncomfortable and I kept reassuring her she was doing incredible and I’m just a baby with pain, but she made me feel super bad for being in pain. The woman was Hispanic I believe with black and blonde dyed hair. The actual PA / doctor was so lovely and kind and very reassuring and helpful.

The only fairly easy part was booking the appointment, which apparently wasn't an appointment. We arrived at 9:30 and left at 11:30. After all the waiting, we ended up with a nurse practitioner. The woman at the front desk was rude.

They took X-rays and referred me to an orthopedic. However, did not load the X-rays on the CD they gave me. Had to take more X-rays at orthopedic. Total waste of time.
