Scheduling and check in good however wait time was excessive.  Good care by staff.

Displayed flu like symptoms the night earlier and scheduled a visit for first thing the next morning. Check in was easy, all staff were friendly and helpful. We’ve previously seen the doctor on staff for an unrelated issue and she was just as caring and informative.  It felt like a visit to my PCP. Seemless diagnosis and explanation with distribution of prescription.

Had severe pain in hip and schedule a visit and got in without any issues.  All the staff friendly and professional

Scheduling was a problem because the form completion required a full address.  When using an iPhone, your system does not display the street address.  On an iPhone,  it only shows “apartment #”.   Couldn’t complete check in before the appointment.

I love Dr. Verma - I specifically opt for this location - in the hope to get her. She is incredible in her diagnosis and treatment plan. I am not sure I like the wait time at time - though yesterday was fairly good

Tried to schedule an appointment online but it kept rejecting my home address. Despite being in considerable pain I decided to drive to the clinic and present as a walk-in. MA at the check in desk was wonderful! Next available appointment time wasn’t for 2 1/2 hours so I had to come back. When I did come back at the appointment time of 3 PM I awaited a further hour before they got me into the room. It was busy, I understand, but if I could’ve just made the appointment online, it would’ve saved a lot of time wasted.

Went in for back pain. Waited in a room for 1 hour. Finally dr came in. Said she wanted to do X-rays. Waited 30 more minutes for someone to do X-rays. Finally got it done and was given 2 scripts and sent home. Told to take it easy for five to seven days. Given a note for work with no restrictions. Also was told someone would follow up with X-rays results. Still waiting 24 hours later. Do not recommend

Decided to walk in after foot and ankle were swelling from shin scrap.  Learned that it was a hematoma and swelling and blood pooling were expecting. Went on to run ultra sound to check for blood clots. Thank you for the gentle and knowledgeable service!

The best! Fractured 2 bones in my foot. The PA, x-ray tech was great. Dr Verma is always kind and helpful, even reception felt sorry for me! They are why I go here!

After being refused care by my child’s paediatrician as we just missed their cut-off time, we had no choice but to go to our local BSW Urgent Care. We’ve been before and the staff are always friendly and courteous. We especially like the Nurse Practitioner Theresa! She’s very thorough, caring and you can tell she has a genuine concern for her patients! As a provider, I actually prefer her above my own paediatrician’s office!
