Bad day, 45 minutes to wait for a PE with not enough experience.  They could be so great if they listened to what their customers need.

Made an appointment online for a sore throat/upper respiratory issue. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my white time was less than five minutes. The doctor was very friendly and thorough and sent in prescriptions that I was able to pick up on my way home. She was spot on as I am feeling so much better today! It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend this practice!

The QR code check-in process was a little much. I had visited this location before, so I’m not sure why I had to completely fill out paperwork again. Front desk lady was nice enough. The girl who took me back to the room was unfriendly at first but once she saw I was friendly, she lightened up a bit. Dr did not introduce himself but he did explain my situation and said he was prescribing an antibiotic, which is what I needed. The office appeared cleaner than when I visited the first time. The experience was just ok. Would I go back? Probably. Only because it’s the closest “Doc in the box” to my home.

To add to the other review I entered, the head thermometer did not work. It showed my temp as 97°, i measured my temp in my ear before I went up to see the doctor and my temperature was 102°. The forehead thermometers are not accurate, y'all should switch methods.

There was no lights on in the hallways, it felt very weird. The nurse never sanitized her hands before touching my daughter to examine her. They dismissed us with no paperwork and just said you’re free to go we have a negative test. 10 hours later I drive to other side of town to our old urgent care and she has a positive test for strep. The lady here just said ohh yeah her throat is really red. Like duh, I will never come back here. Said she couldn’t give a prescription because she seeing her throat swollen and red but test said negative

Wait time was minimal, staff was pleasant. But nothing was done for me. I've been dealing with persistent URI s/s for a while. I was asked if I considered seeing my PCP. Of course! If I could've easily gotten into my PCP, I wouldn't have gone to this urgent care. I've seen my PCP, had CXRs, and continue to deal with similar issues. I sought help from the urgent care so I wouldn't go into the weekend miserable. I was told to get OTC Sudafed and Flonase. I could've done that on my own and saved my co-pay! I sit here today, even more miserable, with an incessant productive cough awaiting a visit with the PCP this upcoming week... Needless to say, I won’t return. I’ll utilize another urgent care location should I not be able to get into with my PCP.
