Austin was a great help. He didn't fight me or question me when I told him what I was going through and why. You wouldn't believe how many medical professionals just brush off what I say as unimportant. He was understanding about my situation and clear about my options and why I needed to do what he said. He'll make a great doctor if that's what he decides to do.

Staff was very good.  No waiting.  I would recommend going here.

Was in alot of pain needed to get help for my lower back. The doctor was very helpful and had taking the time to make sure I would get the help I needed. I also ask for a referral to help with the underlying issue with my back and find someone in my network. Thank you!

Scheduling was very quick & easy. Check in was quick and the person at the desk was friendly and welcoming. I would like to see an estimate of time given if the provider is behind. We waited over 30 min after checking in before getting taken back for vitals even though we had a "scheduled" time slot for a visit and the wait list said there wasn't anyone ahead of us. The staff and provider were great! Friendly and kind, knowledgeable and gave good info.

The front staff person was kind and the intake nurse was also great. Nurse was awesome and listened to my concerns. I have to especially commend Monica Murphy for amazing bedside manner and finding solutions that were realistic for me. She made me feel safe and taken care of. BEYOND AMAZING care all around!

I’ve been struggling with clogged ears and headache for over a week finally decided to go in. Staff and PR took care of me. I’m so appreciative. Listened to everything I had to say and give me what I needed to get on my way and start feeling better, thank you!

Everything was good except the wait time to be seen. Once seen the nurse and doctor care was excellent. I’ve been there once before, and I will go back again as well so yes, I recommend this Urgent Care.

Everything went well except neither I nor any staff recognized the time as being a problem for my Rx. It was too late that evening so I didn’t get my Rx until mid morning of the next day. By then I felt truly awful and hope this Rx will be enough since we both let the bacteria grow unchecked another twelve hours.

I’ve come to this location for different issues and have always received good care and treatment. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Waited for more than an hour to be seeing and didn’t get the results the same day… now I have to miss days of work because of them
