Only issue was I checked in at 8:30 for 8:45 am appointment. The person with a 9:00 am appointment was taken ahead because they “checked in “ first. What is the reason for appointments when someone scheduled later is taken ahead of you because they arrived to the office first? If I were late that would be one thing but I was not. The front desk staff proceeded to argue with me that I would have gone in first if I were here first. Should just get rid of your appointment process and go to first come first serve since that is how it is run and then you won’t have poor customer service.  Medical staff was awesome!

Check in is always quick and always greeted by a friendly staff member. Scheduling is so easy and I love the convenience of getting it done online. The medial care from medical staff is phenomenal. Excellent care by professionals who really do listen and care for their patients. With so many coming in with so many complaints, they still mange to smile, listen and treat us with kindness. Excellent experience.
