Was taken care of in no time at all got my report back to day all fits with my problems at this time.

The only real complaint was the wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 5:15 and I wasn't taken back until around 6:50. The price seemed a little more expensive, at ~$300, than it was when they were called PrimaCare, which I remember being closer to $150. Since I wasn't using insurance the staff did recommend a savings subscription plan, but I didn't really know if it would save me money at the time so I declined. Perhaps explaining the number of visits where you break even or the minimum length and cancelation terms would have helped me with this decision. There was also an issue where I didn't initially receive an email after making an appointment online and had to call them a few hours later before they finally sent the link for me to fill out the paperwork. When I arrived at the office though, the rest of the online check in process was easy and I was added to the queue. In the past they used to show the queue on one of the televisions in the waiting room which was useful. Both televisions were off while I was there. Other than that, the facility was clean, the staff were friendly, and the diagnosis and prescription was in line with what I was expecting.

Easy to schedule and didn’t wait too long in the waiting room.  Medical Assistant and Nurse Practitioner were compassionate, thorough and answered my questions.  I would highly recommend this clinic.

My appointment was a walk-in appointment. Took maybe 20 minutes before I was seen. Came in for two things in which they only focused on one pay a high co-pay for nothing still dealing with symptoms and still sick.

I feel like this clinic doesn’t care as long as they make some profit. I waited half an hour  had not much evaluated just to be sent to the ER. The way I would do patient advocacy would be to ask a provider if my symptoms (because my symptoms were clearly not something that should been seen at an urgent care but I didn’t know that)are meant to be seen at an ER before wasting someone money because if that information was known why waste a patient time and money. Front lady should know that making profit off patient should not be a priority but more of the patient health.

I thought I was going totally deaf so I tried to clear the earwax myself to no avail.  After my visit to Nextcare, my ears were significantly better

Wonderful staff. The wait was long and I didn't see any other patients.

The only aspect I dislike is the check-in process,  as it requires me to repeatedly enter information that is already on file. Especially coming in week after week for follow ups Other than that minor inconvenience, the staff is outstanding and always treats you like family. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care make every visit a positive experience. But of course, there is a reason for everything..

Very disappointed that this is not really Baylor Scott and White.  I booked through the BSW website which advertised the cost as the same as a primary care visit, which turned out to not be true.  Also, I expected my BSW records to be available to the staff and that was also not true.  I do not plan to return or recommend to anyone else.

I have an Excellent experience with choosing/ visiting Baylor Scott &white Urgent Care, Lewisville Taxes.  Highly recommended for Urgent Care. Specifically staff.
