Dr was very impersonal and really didn’t give us the time of day. The rest of the staff was fine.  I have gone to BSW at the clinic and never paid as I have BSW insurance At urgent care BSW it cost me $50. Did not understand

I needed to get a Covid rest and did not have an appointment, just walked in. Had to wait about one hour and 45 minutes. Very professional staff. Doctor gave me results and called in a prescription, very kind.

I woke up Saturday morning running a fever, having chills, and body aches. I made an appointment and went to see the doctor. The staff were very nice and helpful. The Dr was very polite and nice. I would definitely recommend going to the minor emergency clinic in Marble Falls, Tx for if you need to see a doctor and you don’t need to go to the ER.

Staff here has always been very friendly, and I really appreciate being able to get appointments very quickly. However, the scheduling process did not go smoothly this time. I first used the app to schedule an appointment. It seemed to work since the app gave me a confirmation, but it told me I would get an email (I did not) and the appointment was not listed in my “upcoming appointments.” However, when I checked the availability of the time I had chosen, it was no longer available. I tried a second time to schedule an appointment via the app and the same thing happened. The third time I called the office and got the AI scheduling assistant. I asked it to confirm if I had appointments, it said I had none. I scheduled an appointment using the AI. This time after scheduling, I got a confirmation email AND the appointment showed up in the app under my list of “upcoming appointments.” Wanting to verify, I asked to be connected to a human. The receptionist actually saw 3 appointments listed for me even though the AI hadn’t seen the first 2! The receptionist was able to delete the extra appointments. So some parts of the appointment system are not talking to each other.

Went in for possible uti and was treat great from check in, nurse and dr. Very nice and helpful staff

They trade me for bacterial infection and I went to a real doctor and found out it was a virus. They also gave me a sulfate inhaler and I’m definitely allergic to sulfa. Had a terrible evening, throwing up and diarrhea after the visit, due to the sulfa.

The visit was good even though I felt horrible… Already feeling better today with the meds I was prescribed. Very clean facility and The DOCTOR was very kind.

I was passing through Marble Falls and needed Urgent Care for a wound and they were able to get me checked in and seen by the Physician quickly. The entire process was approximately 30 min. I live 1 ½ hours away but would make the drive to this urgent care to be seen again. The staff was super helpful and extremely friendly.

I scheduled my appt early morning and was able to see doctor on time. Doctor was attentive to my concerns and was able to get me  on the right meds to put me on the road to recovery. Staff was very pleasant as well.  I will definitely visit your location again.  Feeling much better today. Thank so much!
