We have been there many times and will continue to do so. The front desk and MA were great and professional. But when the new provider came in, she didn’t introduce herself. She came in the door and said the tests were negative and started her exam with my daughter. A lot of providers especially er drs have horrible bed side manner but I think in an urgent care you should definitely have a little better bed side manner than that. We miss provider Stephanie

My son had asthma attack and was seen right away. They were fast and thorough.

Very quick to see me. Very thorough Dr. overall great experience.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. Getting in was easy. The Dr pinpointed the problem and prescribed a solution and it has seemed to work without issue. Thank you!

Every one was nice and did a great job. When sitting in the waiting area you can hear the technician and the patient talking while they are in the initial exam room plan as they were in the waiting area. Not very professional or private!

The staff at this urgent care clinic were very nice and professional. I had made an appointment the day before and it was very easy to do, when we came into the clinic the next day the staff were ready for me. The wait time was minimal before the MA checked me in and put me in a room to be seen by the doctor. I saw the doctor, had X rays done, and the doctor gave me check out instructions and off I went! Great Urgent Care!

I had a wart on my finger so I called up there to ask if the Dr could freeze or cut it off or do something other than give me  some medicated wraps and she kept saying that the dr would have to look at it. The receptionist was getting irritated that I kept asking so I finally asked her if it was actually an option to freeze it off or if I was going to go pay the co-pay and just be given medicated wraps and she told me it was an option. After I paid my co-pay I asked the Dr if he could freeze it off and he told me it wasn’t even an option there, so I had to go down the street and pay another copay, but they actually tried to freeze it off. This place is horrible. I really wish I could get my copay back because I called to ask if it could be done before I ever made an appointment and I was told yes. I only gave it one star because I had to.

Well when I walked in with a stick so I could stand. The receptionist was king enough to come around and give me what I needed so I did not need to stand. However the guy at triage could have taken it upon himself to bring the wheelchair earlier. The person that saw me was very good and patient as well.
