A robust bump to front of shin (midway between ankle & knee cap) caused massive "faucet-like" spout of bleeding. Frightened me profoundly. I am on blood thinners. Time and pressure stopped bleeding. Cleanup & bandaid was all needed. Doctor explained this area is vulnerable having no muscle/fat covering a spider web of capillaries. They see similar injuries every month.

Was not familiar with my condition and it seemed to me that he was in a hurry therefore he guest the maybe solution. Later on that evening my situation got almost understandable.

The NP Brittney, has poor bedside manner, she is rude and condescending. She dismissed my complaints. And gave me a diagnosis that did not match my symptoms at all. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience and was just saying whatever to get rid of me. She is also a prime example of why it is so important for a nurse to have clinical experience before they transition into a nurse practitioner. It was very evident she lacks clinical experience and the ability to properly assess a patient. The support staff also needs training on how to preform there tasks, for the strep swab my tongue was swabbed not the back of my throat or tonsils. I excepted better care from a Baylor Scott and white facility, if I wanted poor care and to be treated poorly I would have gone somewhere else.

We’ll believe it or not not ever knows how to work a computer and the idea of making an appointment to urgent care makes no sense at all. Why because of urgency YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable but her assistant didn’t know how to use breathing treatment apparatus. There was also no receptionist. All in all definitely need a manager in charge

It is not the first time or second I go there and get pushed away basically. That clinic is not a clinic. It’s like no one there has knowledge in medical terms. Long wait times with 1 patient or no patients. Clinic is dirty. The front office is rude. It’s just a terrible place. Will definitely not go back and do not recommend at all,

I had an ear ache and I walked in the clinic. The young lady told me how to check in. They called me back within 15 minutes. I saw the PA. She diagnosed my problem. Called in my meds and I was out of there. Everyone I saw was very nice. I will use them again. And recommend to my family and friends.

I was a walk in patient from out of town.  I have been to this urgent care several times in the past and have always been satisfied with the wait and care as a walk in.

Cookie the tech was nice.  The provider was not thorough and I was not satisfied with the visit at ALL.

Need to train Office people on how to input insurance coverage. The girl that took my insurance, didn’t have a clue as how to input it.

This was the fastest and easy way to see a Dr.there were people ahead of me but everybody made the experience very pleasant. Wait time was very minimal Dr came withing 5 min from being placed in a room. Xray tech was very gentle with my injury. Best experience with having to deal with my emergency ever. Thank you for the great care.
