The staff was amazing, however, I arrived for my 9:30 appointment and wasn't in a room until 10:40. I was finally seen at 10:50 and left around 11:15, even though I took the time to schedule for 9:30 for a reason. Provider was great, but will never be back solely because of wait time.

Scheduling for my child online was not a simple process. When I created an account, it would not immediately let me add my child to the account and the only way to book the appointment was under my name and make note that the appointment was for my child. Despite making an appointment, we were checked in as a walk-in and waited over 3 hours before being called back to a treatment room, then had to wait another 45 mins before seeing a doctor. Check-in lady wasn’t very friendly. The nurse that took vitals was very nice. And doctor was somewhat nice with a very relaxed bedside manner. None of the employees seemed very professional.

Excellent service. Appreciate your taking the the x-rays and getting report back from the radiologist so quickly.  Thank you.

Care from medical people was excellent, except there was a little problem with the front desk saying it’s the weekend and she cannot verify my insurance so I will have to pay full and will get reimbursed later. I told her I met my deductible already so I’m just paying 10% copay but still the same answer. I was feeling bad and couldn’t think anymore, my husband didn’t agree either but just let it go because he knows I need to be seen. Now that I’m feeling better I remembered my daughter went to urgent care on the weekend and me myself did also because doctor’s clinic is closed on the weekend and on those 2 occasions i only paid copay, looks like there is a way of checking insurance on the weekend.

Scheduling and check in good however wait time was excessive.  Good care by staff.

Displayed flu like symptoms the night earlier and scheduled a visit for first thing the next morning. Check in was easy, all staff were friendly and helpful. We’ve previously seen the doctor on staff for an unrelated issue and she was just as caring and informative.  It felt like a visit to my PCP. Seemless diagnosis and explanation with distribution of prescription.

Had severe pain in hip and schedule a visit and got in without any issues.  All the staff friendly and professional

Scheduling was a problem because the form completion required a full address.  When using an iPhone, your system does not display the street address.  On an iPhone,  it only shows “apartment #”.   Couldn’t complete check in before the appointment.

I love Dr. Verma - I specifically opt for this location - in the hope to get her. She is incredible in her diagnosis and treatment plan. I am not sure I like the wait time at time - though yesterday was fairly good
