Everyone was very friendly.  Need handicap access doors.

Was there for 2 1/2 hr waiting front desk was not friendly at all never what good experience ther Np was thinly one was very nice and professional was in rush always don’t blame her she is only one probably there

Dr. Le was wonderful! She was very attentive, caring, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the visit. The front desk day was so sweet.

So I checked website to see if they treated my symptoms before scheduling and it was listed. Was seen quickly. Nice people but I paid $200 for nothing. Not given any meds just wait it out. Ended up at ER instead next day. Was given antibiotic and iv. I guess if I don’t have a cold then not a reason to go here.

Facility was dirty and  my rx was sent to the wrong place. Otherwise staff was nice.

Needed to get my DOT physical done ASAP. I was able to schedule an appt same day. The staff was friendly and attentive. The whole process was quick and easy. Was in and out quickly.

I had visited this location one time before, for my daughter who broke her finger and it was great. This time however I had been feeling sick for a stomach bug and figured I might need some labs. I checked there website to see if they could take care of me before coming. Their website has a section you can answer questions to see what type of care you needed. It suggested this urgent care could take care of me. So I went down, checked in, paid my copay. Got vitals done and then see the provider who then informed me that they do not do any labs there and I should go to an ER. So I was discharged and sent on my way. My problem is that I was charged for even though services weren’t really rendered. I do suggest updating your website with the type of services offered so that people can make informed decisions before coming.

I had a disappointing experience at this urgent care clinic. The receptionist was not friendly and came across as rude, which made an already stressful visit more unpleasant. I also felt that the PA did not perform a complete assessment of my foot injury. An X-ray was ordered, but unfortunately, there was no X-ray technician available at this location, so we were sent to another clinic in McKinney. The experience at the McKinney location on Eldorado Parkway was completely different. The front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted us, and the X-ray technician were both very friendly, professional, and helpful. They treated us with kindness and made the process much easier. I appreciate the staff at the McKinney location for their excellent customer service. However, I hope the management at the original urgent care location will address the concerns regarding staff friendliness and the thoroughness of patient assessments. Patients who come to urgent care are often already in pain or worried, and a welcoming attitude and thorough evaluation can make a big difference.

The dr that I talked with was very professional and kind. She gave me suggestions and prescriptions to help ease my recovery. She’s great!

Desk staff wonderful. Med staff efficient. Prescription sent to my pharmacy.
