When I went in for care the waiting room was empty. When they took me in to the area where the exam rooms are the area was empty and totally quiet. My wait for the PA Jorge was almost an hour. When he FINALLY came in, besides hearing my complaint about my illness, he talked needlessly! He took up time talking about irrelevant issues! Seemed like he was giving me an education on medicine! He really took too much time! No wonder the service is slow if he does the same thing to everyone coming in! I think this facility needs better management and efficiency! I will not return to this facility.

Friendly and thorough and would recommend it to others

I have used the Terrell NEXCARE on several occasions, the last few visits have been related to an accident at work,which resulted in a Worker's Comp claim. Unlike some providers, I have received the utmost care and attention to my injury, just as I have in the past for illness.

The Doctor was in a hurry. Didn't spend no time with me.

The staff wasn’t rude, but not super friendly either. I had contact dermatitis and the doctor took a quick look and just told me to use hydrocortisone. I advised him of how intense the itching was but that was all that was done. The doctor and nurse also had a conversation in front of me and another nurse asked “what does he (the doctor) want to do?” and she just replied “I don’t know” and walked out. It was quick, but it made me feel less confident in the care. I left with no resolution. I went to another urgent care the next day and they did a full exam, ran tests and provided an Rx that resolved the issue.

NP refused to do a simple suture. Said we would need to see a “surgeon with more experience at a children’s hospital.” We had to go to the emergency room and incur a huge bill just for 6 simple sutures. ER NP was in disbelief that the urgent care refused such an easy lac repair. Should not say that lac repairs are done on the website if they refuse to do them.

The visit was, great my caregivers were great.Scheduling was easy. Caregivers were professional and showed concern.

I’ve been experiencing cough and chest congestion off and on for about a month. The staff were polite. They listened and were very thorough and they explained sign symptoms and all treatments provided. I felt confident in the treatment and I’m beginning to feeling better today, the day after the visit.

I was prescribed paxlovid. With my pharmacy provider generic medication is my best option cost wise. Paxlovid is a brand name and I would have to pay full cost, $1400+. With discount it was $400 still not good. The Physician assistant said that he could not prescribe anything else, I was on day 5 for covid. He could do nothing. He could have prescribed something, I asked about methylprednisolone 4 mg or something. I paid $195 I have a lot of symptoms he could have provided another prescription. I'm still not feeling wel. Day 5 or not.

Grwat location and very quick. The doctor was very nice
