I had the worst uti paint and was expecting a phone call right back for a prescription for antibiotics and they never called back .

I needed a prescription refilled, and I'm away from home for a few weeks, unable to reach my primary care physician. They made it very easy to get an appointment with a physician who called in a prescription for me at 4 a.m. without ever having to go anywhere. Tele-health video calls are replacing in-person office visits, and I couldn't be happier. Finally, high-quality medical care on my terms and my schedule. I love this urgent care facility.
