I have booked an appointment online and went to the facility. They took about 15 mins for the checkin and called us in to tell me that no provider is available at the location and asked me to go to another location. I went there and took an appointment and waited for 30 min more to get to the provider. I have wasted about 1 hour and 30 mins for about less than 5 mins time with provider.
