Very nice facility with a great staff. I booked ahead of time so I was in and out very quickly.

I’m thankful to have options in our community. Black Hills Urgent Care provides quality care in a very timely manner. The staff was very pleasant and for my issue I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

They were not able to help me at all. I should have just headed to an emergency room.

The dr laughed at the fact I couldn’t remember the name of the BP medications I was on, I of course was wrong but did not appreciate the fact he found humor in my misunderstanding of medications. I felt he was belittling me. The rest of the staff were professional and accommodating!

I went in and the office staff said it would be about 30 minutes. I had to leave after 2 hours and 15 minutes to go work. There were not many people who came and went during that time frame. The office staff was great, but I couldn’t tell you about the PA because I never got the chance to see one. I’ve been there before and the office is very well decorated and clean.

Made an online appointment this morning for 3pm. Checked in on time but had to wait for approximately 40 minutes while walk in patients were called back first. Explained my injury to the front staff only to be told by the PA that he couldn’t help my because there was not an X-ray technician. I had already paid my copay and was not offered a refund. Only told to go to the other walk in clinic. Not impressed!!

Friendly, efficient, clean and very thorough! No doubt the best care in the region and beyond!

Nurse practitioner came in and was very professional and she told me something completely different from the dr. Then I had to explain to the dr what the nurse practitioner told me. I don’t feel like he listened to me at all and was not helpful . Bad Dr experience. I will not be back.

I would of thought that with having chest problems you would’ve been more serious about it, especially with it going on for a day and a half. And no it’s not better.

This is the best Urgent Care I’ve been to. I love that I can make an appointment and do my insurance and information online ahead of time. I got right in at my appointment time and the staff are all friendly and kind. I’m in and out in a timely manner but the visit is thorough and I’m well cared for. I would highly recommend Black Hills Urgent Care to everyone looking for a good, caring facility for your health needs.
