Made an online reservation for 12:05 pm next day. Received a text at 11:35 am reminding me to be on time and I would get my "visit time" from the desk person. Arrived a few minutes early, staffer said she had no idea how long the wait would be. I waited until 1:30, went to desk and said I had a 12:05 appointment; she cut me off, saying "it's not an appointment, it's a reservation for your place in line." Nonsensical, of course, but further discussion was obviously pointless. I got my copay back and left. After reading reviews, I feel I spared myself more hours of wasted time and substandard medical attention.

Starting out, I want to say the facility is nice and clean. The docs and staff are friendly. And my wait times were minimal. But my biggest let down has been the quality of care or lack of feeling cared for. I have visited this Urgent Care 2 or 3 times. Every single time I left with no treatment, no tests, no referrals, and no meds to help my condition. I went there when I had a virus, potentially parvovirus, no tests were done. I went there when I was having urinary retention issues, no tests or referrals were done. The last time I went, I had contact dermatitis (swollen, red fingers and they felt like they were on fire and all they did during the visit is hand me information about dermatitis and how to take care of my dermatis. No referrals were given to an allergist, no steroids to help with swelling, just handed information about dermatitis. I don't trust this Urgent Care. Also, had to pay a $40 copay (that's fine), but then BIMDC later charged a facility fee for $20. So a total $60 in fees for nothing, no care, no treatment, no referrals. All three times, my blood pressure and temp was taken, and they listened to me describe my condition and then nothing. I am a healthcare worker, have been for 18 years. I don't recommend this facility. Very disappointing experiences, no help when I needed help.
