Walked in, took a while to check in, receptionist was quite helpful though. The nurse was pleasant. The doctor, Werner or Wenger or whatever it was, talked over me and made an immediate assumption when I mentioned I vaped. Total disregard to my other symptoms. I had mentioned I had been in close proximity to others that have since tested positive for strep, and he talked over me before I could ask for a test. Very dismissive doctor. I will not be returning. Waste of money and time. The appointment took over an hour for less than 5 min with the doctor by the way.

I wasn’t feeling well and went to urgent care. I waited less than 15 minutes before being seen. The staff is friendly and Dr. Wenger is wonderful. He is very kind, caring, and compassionate. I highly recommend!

The young man that took my X-ray could have been friendlier - needs some customer service   I was struggling getting back into the wheelchair after the X-ray was taken but he didn’t even offer to help. The doc/pa (???) was wonderful & all other staff.

A receptionist saw my husband get a wheelchair and oxygen tank out of the car. She saw this and came outside to assist. She was wonderful! The lavatory technician and nurse were very professional and genuinely concerned about my symptoms. The physician assistant informed us of the lab results and gave us the recommended course of action. Very friendly! I felt very comfortable with everyone! My thanks to all!
