As long as you make an appointment, it is great! I just need my PCR results please!! I took 2 tests. One on Monday the 3rd and another one on Wednesday the 5th.

It is already 6 days and I still have not received the result of the PCR test, I did it on Monday January 3 and today Saturday I still have not received anything, will they have missed the test? It is the second time I write and still nothing. I would like to know what happened to my test.

Well after going to the actual site first and finding out that they moved from Hollywood to NMB it turned out very good the site was 309 ne 167 st the gentleman was very nice he had already closed but he saw me anyway after what I had gone through. Very nice guy

We did not have an appointment but after a long wait in line , We had a great service. Every one of the testing and registration people were very kind and professional, the only think I will add ( if the supervisor needs an input to improve the service) is at least 3 more assistants to help and allow everyone have a break. These girls have been working non stop since the morning. I and my mother were in line for about 5 hours , during that period of time several people left the line and the site with no test done because the long wait. We need everyone in everyplace to be tested to avoid the spread of this disease if at least one of them is infected. Thank you

This is a very nice place to perform the CPR test and the rapid test for covid 19. Nice parking space and some shade to wait in line..The 2 peolple in charge were very kind to allow my 81 years old mother to sit down while waiting in line for more that 3 hs. The BIG PROBLEM and I wish the organizer for this site have this as a positive FEEDBACK of what needs to be done!!!. This site as many other sites has only 2 people performing tests and registering testing pacients for 2 groups. A-)The registered with appointments and B-)the " walks in".. Many people were in line for and hour and left ( I counted 20 people) in the waiting ( walks in) line were 20 people as well.... CONCLUSION IF you really want to make this test EFFECTIVE to test EVERYONE WITH POSSIBLE COVID 19 INFECTION" once people are here willing to get a test . DO NOT LET PEOPLE GO AWAY FOR THE UNREASONABLE AMOUNT OF WAITING TIME. THIS IS NOT A JOB FOR 2 PEOPLE. THIS IS A JOB FOR AT LEAST 5 PEOPLE. And in this site I only saw 2 people working. Please contact me for any additional information.

I spend 4 hours waiting with an appointment. People without appointments were attended before. The attitude of an employee was unrespectful.

Malísima la atención !! La mujer es una grosera !! Todos los que estaban en la línea más de 20 personas se quejaron de su atención !! Pésima !! Deberá de trabajar en otra cosa !! Que mal experiencia!!

An appointment was available for today - Saturday. I made the appointment and confirmed through the confirmation text. Only to find out they are CLOSED today

great staff. Super easy process. Wait time was reasonable. People were well spaced out. HIPAA was followed and Liz was a super nice and gentle swabber. Would reccomend 10/10
