Had 2 pre-employment checks scheduled. Walked in, had a short wait time, and everything went smoothly! The staff was friendly, every room was clean, and I couldn't have asked for a more streamlined process. I would recommend this provider!

The purpose of scheduling an appointment time is to keep down confusion. The person who took my blood was very rough. She allowed the needle to move around in my and Then she pulled the needle without putting pressure on my arm. My arm is hurting because of her like of professionalism.

ALL staff employees were very nice friendly and very helpful!  This was my first time coming to this office and I will highly recommend them because of their PROFESSIONALISM and Friendliness.

Made a scheduled physical and the wait time was a lot longer then expected.

I always come to Blue Ridge Scientific for my lab work, I am a hard stick but the ladies here are always able to get my blood the first try & everyone from the front desk to the lab are always so nice!

I got a very outstanding service from BRS, starting from scheduling, to checking in, waiting time and overall service. They were very supportive and were willing to adjust the schedule to meet my constantly changing situation. I appreciate you all for what you do.

Waited over 45 minutes because they gave my appointment away to someone else by mistake. I would have at least appreciated an apology.

Staff was very helpful with me figuring out how to send lab orders. If I wasn’t experiencing technical difficulties my visit would’ve gone quicker, but that wasn’t the staff at fault. The actual blood draws themselves were quick and no nonsense and I felt respected.

Everything was great. There was a bit of a wait when i got there but the staff was great.

Setting my appointment was easy,  also easy checking in was smooth and easy. Wait times were a bit stretched even with scheduling an appointment I was seen an hour after my appointment time. Also there was a bit of confusion and delay with my testing however Ryan made sure this issue got corrected within a few days
