Went for routine blood draw; the phlebotomist used what seemed to be a 16g or 18g. Normally when I have labs drawn, a butterfly or 22g is utilized. Furthermore, she inserted the needle way too deep and was moving it around which was painful. She seemed inexperienced to say the least. I was well hydrated and my vein easily found. Perhaps this particular staff member should be attentive to what the patient verbalizes, since one knows their body more than any other human being, and follow their instructions or guidance. Other than that, the experience was wonderful. I certainly recommend Blue Ridge Scientific.

I walked in with no appointment, checked in and was seen within 10 minutes. All personnel that I came in contact with, were very friendly.

The staff was super friendly. I arrived to the appointment early and they accommodated me at an earlier time. Very informative on each item that the nurse checked. I give them an A+.
