I was treated so rudely by the nurse. The office manager made an attempt to turn my visit around when I asked for her assistance, but overall, my experience was very negative and I do not recommend this facility.

My phlebotomist was very good.  My doctor is in Richmond and your office works with LabCorp very easily to get my blood work to my doctor. Thank you very much. This makes living a long distance from my doctor very easy.

Great service, I walked in and signed in at the kiosk tablet. Before I could sit down good, the nurse was calling me back. I did my drug screen quickly I mean it was so quick I was in and out very quick. All together I think I was in there less than 10 minutes great service. Thank you so kindly!

I scheduled same day using the easy online interface, waited maybe 5 minutes and was on my way quickly after a blood draw for labs. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!

Ariel is a blessing. My adult daughter was special needs can be a hard stick. Her veins are deep and she does not care for the tourniquet. Ariel takes her time and talks her through it and is genuinely kind and professional. Give her a raise!

Came in for a drug test the lady in charge of it was super nice and patient let me take the drug test while we work figured out the reg number I was certainly going to pee on myself 😂 if we had to wait for the extra time

Had to visit here for drug screening, wasn't my first time.Excellent staff and friendly, whenever you can go in and laugh and talk to staff ,its definitely a plus.
