My only complaint is the check process that had to be completed on my phone. It was time consuming,inconvenient and frustrating filling out forms on my phone, taking and scanning cards and my id rather than just giving them to the desk to complete the check in process.  Had I been there for myself,rather than my child, and had to complete that process while not feeling well I would have been rather frustrated.

Absolutely ridiculous the way I had to register and sign in ?!? When I have 3 kids and have the same information but have to enter it 3 different times ?!? Why do you pay a receptionist if the patient is doing all the work ????? Receptionist needs to sign the patient in not the patient !!!! I will not come back due to the sign in process !! What about people that can’t read or write or even have a smart phone to set it up ???

The only negative thing was the check in. As bad as I felt, I didn’t like that I had to complete 13 pages of paperwork on my phone. I don’t think that is a good practice, especially for the elderly people that will visit there. They aren’t good with technology anyway. Other than that process, everything was perfect.

My caregiver was absolutely awesome! She’s very engaged and experienced in handling my needs. She brings positive energy into her relationship with the patient.  I’m not a fan of the check in process because I would like a paper copy of all the documents that I have to sign and I don’t believe that the time/cost should be placed on the patient

I traveled from CT and knew before I left that my ear was in trouble. I also knew that with time on my hands, I could my ear checked at an urgent. I'm so glad I found Bon Secours Urgent Care in Bluefield. Everyone was very nice and the issue with my ear was resolved! Thank you Bon Secours staff for really great care!!
